Tonj Central prisoners seek treatment

Tonj South Central Prison Director in Warrap State on Monday said ten prisoners out of 256 Prisoners were sick in prison and wait for treatment.
 
Ding Akon told Don Bosco Radio that they called for doctors from Don Bosco Hospital to come and treat the inmates.
 
He explained that every week they provide two soaps to prisoners to wash their clothes and bath and every Saturday and Sunday priests and sisters come to pray with them.
 
The Director explained that after increasing the prison’s fence three meters high, no inmate escaped.
 
He said they are constructing new offices in the prison compound.
 
Director Akon advised the entire community to visit their brothers and sisters in prison.
