Official urges citizens, enforcing agents to study laws

South Sudan Law Society Aid Officer urged citizens and law enforcing agents to study the laws of the country in order to follow their specific duties.
 
Data John said citizens’ rights were violated out of ignorance to defend themselves, Easter Radio reported.
 
He said spending time to study the laws of the country would enable citizens to know deeply their rights, duties and limitations.
 
The officer said many citizens and enforcing agents fail to fulfil their duties in accordance to the laws.
 
He stressed the need for government, law partners and citizens to ensure that laws were implemented, supported, adhered to and monitored.
