Chollo or Shilluk community in Sudan urged the government to provide assistance to conflict victims in Upper Nile State.

Secretary Galvan Samson said his community was working to deliver humanitarian aid to all affected areas.

He added that the community in coordination with the South Sudan Embassy and Sudan plan to deliver large quantities of medicines, foodstuffs and clothing to Kilo Ahsharah area north of the border.

Community Spokesperson Jongle Acwanyo Adam accused Chollo Embassy of South Sudan of failing to provide support in Unity state.

He called on all humanitarian organizations to support to people in need before the rainy season.
