The National Finance and Commerce ministry disclosed plans to carry out business entrepreneurship competition and winners will get 20 thousand US Dollars each.
Entrepreneurship and Business Deputy Director Wula Kalos in a preparatory assessment visit to Yei, said the programme aimed to promote local entrepreneurs, Easter Radio reported.
He called on Yei business community to participate and benefit from the nationwide entrepreneurship competition.
Yei River County Commissioner Juma David Augustine appealed to the Finance and Commerce ministry to empower local traders to sustain the country’s economy.
