Lakes State former Deputy Governor dismissed allegations of being part of Riek Machar’s interim government published last week in websites.
Mabor Achol Kuer told the press on Monday that the story published on Equatoria Sun allegedly naming him as the would-be Minister of Labour and Public Service to an interim government was false and damaging to his character.
He added that he is a strong member of SPLM and would neither shift alliance to a non-competent party nor a misleading personality like Dr Machar.
The former Deputy Governor said he was ready to sue to court authorities of Equatoria Sun website to prove evidence of his alleged links to Dr Machar.
Mr Kuer said his removal was constitutional and had nothing to do with the alleged links to the opposition leader.
He was responding to stories published by several websites last week that allegedly linked him to the formation of an interim government under Dr Machar.
