He said citizens were tired of games played for pocketing road construction and other projects’ money.

Bishop Luwate said Wotoka, Lasu and Kaya roads were the life of Central Equatoria that provide food to the whole state.

He pointed out that if the construction work is not finished the people of Yei will hold the state ministry of Physical Infrastructure, the national ministry of Transport Roads and Bridges and the company responsible.

A member of the state parliament Daniel Lokoroto appealed to the national government to inspect the company properly in the construction.

He urged the company to fully repair the road to help the God’s people in Yei, Lasu and South Sudan.

The two speakers were speaking on Friday during the launch of Yei-Lasu road at Körgwulu of Yei River County.
