Eastern Equatoria Youth Union started a three-day conference on Thursday in Magwi County.
The conference is expected to pass its Constitution and Chairperson Epone Emmanuel Lolimo is expected lay this year strategies, Emmanuel Radio reported.
Other activities during the conference include a dialogue in order to bridge the gap between the youth and the state government.
Building unit and peaceful working environment for all the youth in the state, is among other issues on agenda of the Union.
The conference draws participants from the eight counties of Eastern Equatoria.
Greater Torit team that oppose the formation of the Union boycotted the event and declined to attend the passing of the Constitution.
