South Sudan Women Leaders for Peace on Thursday told CRN that they do not want to lose their husbands in ‘senseless war’.
Information Secretary Sarah Benjamin called for peace, stability and unity to shun their husbands from dying.
She condemned the random gunshots last night in Munuki, Gudele and other areas.
The Information Secretary advised the people to trust that the government would protect them and take measures against those involved in the senseless shooting.
Ms Benjamin could not trace the number of casualties that occurred due to sporadic shootings last night.
She urged the warring parties to resolve their issues through dialogue on the table.
