Tonj Civil Hospital in Warrap State planned to reach vulnerable people by dividing EPI vaccination teams into two groups.
Tonj Civil Hospital Officer William Marial said the aimed of dividing vaccinators was to reach people who cannot come to a nearest centre, Don Bosco Radio reported.
Mr Marial said they usually tell parents, guardians and chiefs the day vaccinators visit their locations to vaccinate their children.
He said parents’ refusal to expose their children for vaccination was one of the challenges vaccinators face.
Mr Marial urged communities in the County, Payams and Bomas to send their children to nearby health centres for vaccination.
