A hailstorm on Sunday evening injured three people in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Malith market eyewitnesses said the rain came with the heavy wind and removed one of the roofs of a shop and wounded three people.
Tonj Civil Hospital Officer William Marial said one lady among the three was injured on her back and the other two men sustained cuts on their hands, Don Bosco Radio reported.
Mr Marial urged the entire community and traders to stop moving in the market and residential areas when raining.
He said the injured people were admitted in Tonj Civil Hospital and recovering.
Another eye Joseph Domaya said the rain destroyed six houses of returnees in Malith area.
