A sister operating in Western Equatoria State said people fear what is likely to happen if the situation is not contained.
Sr Elizabeth Waraga said they experienced a transport problem as fuel became scarce and prices of market commodities shot up.
She said female students supported by Jesuit Refugee Service or JRS were eager to know whether the organization would continue supporting them amidst conflicts in South Sudan.
‘If JRS does not come back this year because of the war, we shall suffer because JRS came as a salvation for us girls’, lamented Jane Agnes.
She pointed out that the presence of JRS in Western Equatoria was to rescue them.
