Union of Journalists of South Sudan or UJOSS chairman advised media practitioners in the ten states not to get scared and lay down their tools but continue working hard to feed the public with accurate information.

Oliver Modi called on journalists to be crazy on the ground at this tough time looking for news to better inform the public, Easter Radio reported.

The UJOSS chairman urged soldiers and organized forces to avoid targeting journalists because they only look for news to tell citizens the right information.

Mr Modi called on the conflicting parties to reach a compromise for peace to prevail in the country.
