About two hundred patients turned up for Emergency Outreach Health Services Programme launched on Monday in Nimule town.
Caritas Torit Focal Person Margaret Pacho said the Programme was to provide services to internally displaced persons and the host community, Emmanuel Radio reported.
She said the programme also prevents disease outbreak among the public.
Caritas Torit Managing Director Adelio Obur said the Programme targeted about 20 thousand people in Nimule and expected 90 percent success in the next six months.
Eastern Equatoria government official Ercillia Lokulu praised Caritas Torit response, transparency and commitment to serve the population to help the population.
She expressed state government readiness to support Caritas Torit.
Caritas Torit Emergency Outreach Health Programme is funded Norwegian Church Aid at the tune of 150 thousand US Dollars.
