Yei Catholic Priests warned Christians against destroying God’s temple.
Minor Seminary Rector Alex Lo’diong Sakor said killing human beings was destroying God’s temple because the human body is the temple of God, Easter Radio reported.
He added that most South Sudanese were killed in revenge rather than the actual war.
Fr Alex warned Christians against taking revenge in hospitals or searching houses and should avoid pretending to be Christians while doing evils.
He added that Christianity is a religion of love.
Yei Diocesan Secretary General Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit called on Christians to embrace forgiveness and love one another rather than revenge.
The priests spoke while giving their homilies at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday.
