Undersecretary urges youths to unite

The National Ministry of Youth, Culture and Sports Undersecretary on Sunday urged young people to unite despite the numerous challenges facing them.
Peter Baptist Abakar said that though the youths have no unified umbrella they have to keep together and respond to national call, Bakhita Radio reported.
He warned that some youths would not leave longer as results of their life style, pleading to the underage to listen to parents and stop drug abuse.
The Undersecretary encouraged youthful elites to continue with studies to become good leaders of the time.
Crisis Management Initiative Project Manager Philippe Taflinski said the meaning of the platform was to dialogue on the crisis of the country.
He said the platform aimed at enabling the youth to contribute views to the ongoing peace talks in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Youth Platform Dialogue on confidence and state building organized by the Crisis Management Initiative and Organization for Non Violence and Development, drew together 40 young people from all ten states of South Sudan.
