The Vice President of the Republic, Central Equatoria Governor and six other top SPLM members on Saturday graduated with master degree on Transformational Leadership and Change from the International Leadership Institute of Ethiopia in collaboration with Greenwich University of London.
James Wani Igga who spoke on behalf of the graduates said after obtaining skills, they would transform South Sudan and become good leaders, Bakhita Radio reported.
He urged the top government officials to change their leadership styles, saying anarchy and a lot of killings were due to no punishment in the whole government.
Vice President Wani Igga encouraged all South Sudanese to continue with education despite challenges in life.
Central Equatoria Governor Clement Wani Konga said he resumed studies after 45 years.
He clarified that education has no age limited, encouraging the youths not to leave schooling.
International Leadership Institute Chancellor Professor Badeg Bekele urged the graduates to use the skills gained during their studies for changing lives of their communities.
SPLM top officials awarded masters’ degree included James Hoth Mai, Joy Kwaje Eluzai, Norah Edward Doro, Abraham Jok, Aring Thon and Mabe Bosco Eluzai.
