Tombura County Commissioner promised to sponsor Miss Valentine Yambio contestant.
Babiro Charles Gbamisi told Anisa Radio in a telephone interview that he would sponsor ten school girls contesting for Miss Valentine at Venom Beach in Yambio.
He said he was collecting information on the ladies’ educational background to identify the sponsorship criteria.
The Commissioner said he would support the girls to travel to Yei, Kajo-Keji and Wau towns.
The winner of Miss Valentine for 2014/15, Siama Rose expressed her readiness and gratitude to get the Commissioners’ sponsorship.
Ms Siama aged 19 is a senior two student at Kings College in Yambio.
