Disabled decry war, call for peace

Faith and Light Disabled Association in Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal expressed the agony of war and called for an end to violence to realize peace through dialogue.
 
The Association Chairperson Paul Pasquale Acho called on South Sudan leaders to quickly resolve their difference through peaceful negotiations and reach peace, Voice of Hope reported.
 
He appealed to all South Sudanese to be peace ambassadors instead of war architects.
 
Joseph Arkangelo called for an end to tribalism, violence and welcomed a way forward to peace, unity and reconciliation.
 
James Kang Manywal one of the disabled persons said referendum was their only hope to wipe away all sufferings South Sudanese encountered for many years.
 
He prayed for a change of hearts of South Sudan leaders to refrain from taking the country back to its past horrible memories.
 
Faith and Light Disabled Association raised the concerned in their office in Wau.
 
The Association that was founded in 2013 has 20 members.
