Eastern Equatoria Education minister on Monday declared Primary Leaving Certificate exams results with over 70 percent passed.
Michael Lopuke Lotyam said there was improvement in 2013 results compared to that of 2012, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said 2139 candidates passed the exams and that the first two best candidates came from Magwi County.
The minister said two twin brothers of Green Hill in Juba were among the top ten best performers in Eastern Equatoria Primary Leaving Exams.
He announced that the best performing girl came from St Bakhita Primary School in Kapoeta East County and the last among the best ten girls was from Owinykibul.
Magwi County with over one thousand candidates emerged the best county in the state and that Lopa/Lafon with 70 candidates with 33of them passed took the last position.
