Juba City Council authority on Thursday started reorganizing the public transport to help sort drivers’ random parking.
The Union Acting Executive Chief Taban Charles told the press in Juba that the program will help the Union reorganize taxis in the park, Bakhita Radio reported.
He said the first arrangement of the park was ‘unfortunately’ disordered and nobody bothered to follow up.
Mr Charles called upon the Union and drivers to fully cooperate in implementing the order.
Public Transport Drivers Union chairperson Hassan Doka urged the staff and drivers to fully comply with the arrangement.
He urged drivers to follow the new City Council’s order and be loyal to state authorities.
Juba City Council authorities toured all the taxi stations and planned to register all taxis operating in the town.
