Yei Catholic Bishop said the foreign media old video clips shown everyday tell discouraging situation of the country.
Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe said one feels like turning off a television because many unburied old death bodies were shown everyday, Easter Radio reported.
He explained that the foreign televisions continuously show bad things that happened a month ago without showing the current situation on the ground.
Bishop Lodu revealed that people of Yei experienced suffering as the people of Bentiu, Bor and Malakal.
He said South Sudan needs people who are like salt and light to feed the hungry people and show light to places darken by evil acts of South Sudan societies.
The Catholic prelate urged citizens to expand their ideas to look as nationals.
He pointed out that people of Yei could feed the displaced persons in the county if they want to be salt and light to the suffering people in the camp.
Bishop Lodu made the statement during his homily at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday.
