Yei River County High Court Judge on Tuesday presided over the swearing in of Yei Municipal councillors.
Episcopal Church of South Sudan Bishop Hillary Luwate Adeba called on the councillors to work hard, Easter Radio reported.
He said it was not easy to represent people requiring more efforts because a councillor speaks on behalf of citizens.
Bishop Luate said the Mayor would only listen and implement resolutions formed by councillors.
The Bishop warned the councillors against making difficult laws which would be implemented.
He urged them to unite and work together, warning the counsellors against practising tribalism in the Municipality.
Councillors chairperson appreciated Yei Municipality authorities for the great and hard work done.
