Over 1000 P 8 candidates to sit exams in Yambio

About 1,013 Primary eight candidates in Yambio town are expected to sit for the Primary Leaving exams in Yabongo, Nakpangau and Yambio Primary Schools centres.
 
Nabima Center Supervisor Alex Esau said the exams’ papers would begin with General Sciences and English Language on Monday followed by Mathematics and Social Studies on Tuesday, Anisa Radio reported.
 
He added that there are 244 candidates from Day Star, SDA, Young Angel and Yambio Primary Schools.
 
Nakpangau Center Deputy Chief Invigilator Sizindi Justin disclosed that 603 are expected to sit in Mangbondo, Gracia, Nakpangau, Naduru Primary Schools and one displaced from Nagero.
 
Yabongo Center Acting Chief Invigilator Raphael Theophilus said they registered 68 boys and 98 girls from St Mary, Yabongo and YMCA.
 
He urged parents to help the candidates prepare and report on time for exams.
 
The Chief Invigilator appealed to the state government to maintain security during the exams.
