Yambio Chamber of Commerce warns traders against increasing prices

The Chairperson of Yambio County, Western Equatoria  Chamber of Commerce on Thursday warned all traders against increasing prices of commodities abnormally in markets.
 
Hezekiah Phillip called both whole sale traders and retailers to discuss recent price rise in Yambio and find out the cause and solution, Anisa Radio reported.
 
In a two-days meeting the Chamber resolved that all traders should sell commodities at the usual prices.
 
The chairperson warned traders not to play games of hiding goods to raise prices.
 
He blamed foreign traders for price fluctuation with the excuse of rise in dollars rate.
 
Mr Hezekiah said exchange rate remains stable in commercial banks.
 
He advised Yambio traders to make clean money, support the government and portray good image of the business community.
