WBG launches ten registration, contribution centres

Western Bahr El Ghazal state on Monday established ten registration centres in Wau town for individuals willing to be recruited into the army.
 
The centres would also be used for receiving valuable items from citizens for supporting the army, Voice of Hope reported.
 
State Mobilization Committee head Elia Camillo Dimo told journalists on Monday that there would be centres in the five blocks of Wau city and other five in the markets.
 
Mr Camillo explained that Jur River County would contribute 100 cows, Wau and Raja Counties each would contribute 100 bags of flour and groundnuts.
 
Western Bahr El Ghazal on Saturday announced a salary cut for all the government employees as their contribution to the army.
