Archbishop Lukudu urges priests to serve people

The Catholic Archbishop of Juba urged priests, brothers, sisters in the Archdiocese to serve and be with their people at this difficult moment of Christmas.
 
Paolino Lukudu Loro appreciated the work of priests in the Archdiocese, urging them to double efforts during this difficult moment and give hope to people, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
He appealed to all priests to be strong in faith in order to continue with their mission.
 
Archbishop Lukudu said though the situation in the country was affecting lives of every citizen, there is hope that Jesus Christ is among its people.
 
He said in South Sudan Jesus Christ was born to safe all people from sorts of worldly temptations.
 
Archbishop Lukudu called on Christians to celebrate Christmas and sing together with Angels ‘glory be to God in the highest’.
 
The catholic prelate said the Vatican announced that the Nuncio of Kenya will also be for South Sudan.
