A choir conductor of Sacred Heart Parish Tonj of Rumbek Catholic Diocese on Monday said they were ready to celebrate Christmas.
Benjamin Koc said the choir members were practising songs and dramas to be presented on Tuesday night before the birth of Jesus Christ, Don Bosco Radio reported.
Mr Koc urged Greater Tonj community members to feel free because Jesus is there to help them.
He advised the community to put Jesus first in prayer for things to be easy.
One of the choir members Gabriel Maruon advised all people to come together and pray to Jesus Christ.
The two choir members urged religion leaders and the community at large to pray for peace and unity in the country.
