Yei River County Boda-boda Union Deputy Director appealed to riders to drive carefully in order to avoid accidents before and during Christmas season.
Hassan Apollo Jackson said riders should drive slowly to minimize accidents because many citizens lack road safety knowledge, Easter Radio reported.
He warned riders to be careful because there are lots of criminal issues when days draw closer to Christmas.
Mr Hassan said riders were always at high risk of HIV because money blindfolded them and they fell victims of the pandemic which described as the ‘silent accident.’
