Caritas Torit staff on Tuesday officially received their managing director.
Caritas Torit Programme Director Cyprian Okuye introduced the incoming managing director Obur Adelio, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said Mr Adelio was the best candidate among those who were interviewed last week.
Mr Adelio expressed gratitude for joining Caritas Torit, terming it a God-given chance to work at home.
The new managing director called for teamwork in order to manage changes at workplaces.
Torit Catholic Diocese Vicar General Arkangelo Lokoro advised the staff that they should follow the right channels of reporting in the new system.
He noted that overlapping administrative steps cause problems.
Caritas Torit is the social wing of the Catholic Diocese providing health, education and communication services.
Food security and emergency response are other departments of Caritas Torit.
