166 women graduated on hair dressing, bricks laying in Rumbek.
The women underwent a three-month training on hair plating, weaving and blocks baking, Good News Radio reported.
Save the Children International Country Director John Destipiano said the project was to empower South Sudanese women with business skills.
Dr Destipiano urged the graduates to start building the new country with the skills they acquired.
Lakes State Education Director General Kongor Deng Kongor called on the graduates to change their attitudes and put into practice the skills they got during the training.
The graduation ceremony that took place at Riakdoor Vocational Training Centre brought together government officials, traditional leaders, chiefs, elders and the NGOs operating in Rumbek.
