Many graduates in Western Bahr El Ghazal State have difficulties with English and are blocked from employment opportunities.

Graduates representative Livio Bahara Gelego said university leavers were facing social and economic challenges and the association was the only forum to address the difficulties, Voice of Hope reported.

He said time had come for graduates to play a role in nation building.

Governor Rizik Zachariah Hassan said 400 graduates in the state are without a job.

Mr Rizik acknowledged the importance of the Graduates’ Association to unite and organize them for a good course in national development.
