A company from Turkey revealed plans to invest in house building and manufacturing of local materials for consumption within the country to favour competition.

Zek-San Insaat Company Investment Project Financier Fikret Azici said they wanted to develop equally the country and the company, adding that proper shelter is essential for further development.

Mr Azici also revealed plans to expand to roads, plumbing infrastructures and hospitals if cost benefits prove suitable in the initial project.

Land, Housing and Physical Infrastructure Minister Catherine Juan Benaiah urged the Turkish investors to go to rural areas to avoid urban migration.

Mr Azici expressed interest in acquiring land for investment as the company continues to dialogue with government authorities on its economic interests.
