Four unidentified bandits robbed a woman and took over 2,200 Sudanese Pounds from her in Ikwoto County, Eastern Equatoria state.
The assailants attacked Catherine Nyanya yesterday afternoon at her home, Radio Emmanuel reported.Ambrose Abasakoda, a neighbour to the victim, said the attackers beat and robbed Ms. Nyanya of money as well as a bag of clothes.
Mr. Abasakoda added that the footsteps of the robbers led towards Loronyo village.
He said the latest attack was the fourth of the kind in the area since the beginning of the year.
Mr. Abasakoda explained that the authorities in the area have not bothered to investigate the cases.
