Members of Parliament in the National Legislative Assembly contributed 17,360 South Sudanese Pounds to help flood victims in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Tonj South Commissioner William Wol said 21 MPs and other government officials of Warrap State in Juba contributed the money for flood victims in Greater Tonj, Don Bosco Radio reported.
The commissioner added that he received the money when took his sister to Juba to be treated for a dog bite.
The donors urged parents and guardians to take care of their children in the flooded area.
