At least 60 women are expected to attend training on peace building and bible organized by the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba.
The training that takes place tomorrow is part of an on-going formation process organized by the Women’s Desk in the archdiocese.Cleonice Salvadeo is the coordinator of the Women’s Desk. She told SCR News that she expects over 60 women in tomorrow’s training on peace building.
Sr. Cleo said the workshop will be held under the theme Peace Building in the Bible and in Civil Society.
Sr. Cleo explained that the training also involves civic education to help the participants to become agents of peace in the context of south Sudan.
The participants come from the various parishes and prayer centres in Juba and surroundings.
The training takes place at the archdiocesan hall in St. Joseph’s parish.
