Eastern Equatoria government orders public transport vehicles travelling to Kapoeta to keep security personnel.
State minister for Local Government and Law enforcement Charles Ambrose Lokonoi told the press on Friday that the deployment of security officers followed an attack on a car on Thursday killing two passengers and leaving one wounded, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said three suspects to the attacked between Kimotong and Kapoeta South town were arrested.
The minister said government plans to establish more outposts and deploy forces along Torit- Kapoeta road to secure the highway.
