GoSS caretaker minister for Education, Science and Technology said more than 1.6 million children are enrolled in primary education across southern Sudan.
Job Dharuai Malou made this statement at the celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Go to School initiative this morning in Juba.Mr. Dharuai said the number of children enrolled in basic emphasizes also gender equity.
Mr. Dharuai called upon the school pupils to continue demanding their right for quality education.
Mr. Dharuai concluded that his ministry is committed to build quality education across southern Sudan.
