Torit Catholic Diocese Apostolic Administrator on Thursday urged Caritas staff to implement Change Management and Communication skills they gained during the three-day training.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha who was speaking at the closing session of the training in Torit, believes the staff would be able to practice the kills.
Kimotong Parish Priest Alfred Loguti expressed gratitude on the training and that the skills would make positive changes and teach Christians to be flexible.
Torit Catholic Diocese Assistant Food Security Coordinator Magdalena Beato Atul termed the Change Management and Communication training as an eye opener.
She noted that bringing priests and social workers together, perfects the means of delivering services to the people.
An Apostolic Vicariate of Harare Consultant in Ethiopia Tandesse Haile who facilitated the course said the training will improve staff management ability.
