Intra-Health conducted a monitoring and evaluation training at St Bakhita Health Centre in Yei on Thursday to equip the staff with health knowledge.
Intra-Health HIV Prevention and Technical Manager Patrick Buruga told Easter Radio that the training was to strengthen the capacity of the staff to analyze data for decision-making.
He added that the training was beneficial to the staff because monitoring and evaluation is a corner stone of any program and project.
Mr Buruga said Intra-Health is implementing a program of HIV counselling and testing, and prevention of mother to child HIV transmission which required data collection to know the exact number of people who are HIV positive and negative.
