Snake on Monday killed a pregnant woman and a boy in Malual-Mock Boma in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Commissioner William Wol said the snake bit the woman and the boy in the flood water, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He explained that the woman was running with children in the flood watwr while the boy was taking goats and felt into deep water.
The Commissioner urged the state government, international and national NGOs to urgently rescue the worsening situation of flood affected people.
One of the victims Anger Majok said the flood destroyed their farms leaving them without food.
She complained that they are dying of flood effects and snakes bites.
Ms Majok urged the state government and NGOs to help them with food, medicines, mosquito nets and shelters.
