The Catholic University of South SudanFaculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences in Wau on Friday prayed for their fallen colleagues.
The prayer was organized in memory of Peter Gatdet Gatluak, Simon Tungun Casmiro and other Catholic University students who passed away, Voice of Hope reported.
Fr Solomon Ewot, who presided over the Eucharistic celebration, acknowledged that the death of the former students was very painful to the University and families.
He described the death of the late students as a miss to the community of Catholic University and Faculty at large because they were very committed students.
Fr Ewot called on Christians to continue praying for the lost students and that it is only through courage that people overcome challenges facing the university.
He urged Christians to develop the spirit of love, unity, faithfulness, patience to build lasting peace.
