Western Bahr El Ghazal Vivacell network interruption left customers frustrated when they were cut off for two days.
Customers complained that they were frustrated from Sunday to Monday, Voice of Hope reported.
An anonymous customer condemned the cut off without prior notification.
He complained that Vivacell customers care in the state closed its office without explaning about the network interruption.
Paul Mac Zachariah said Vivacell was his reliable network and that he missed to communicate with his family members and friends.
Mabut Dal Changai noted that the network consumption rate went high in addition to its unreliability.
Vivacell network resumed again on Monday at 6:00 PM after it disappeared for almost 22 hours.
Vivacell customers care office could be reached for comment.
