Central Equatoria Governor called on national authorities to treat every citizen equal and exercise justice for all.
Clement Wani Konga on Friday said all people in South Sudan must be treated equal because all shed blood for national freedom, Bakhita Radio reported.
He urged Juba City Council to educate law enforcement agents with basic skills that unite all people.
Governor Konga stressed the need for keeping time to realize productivity at work while threatening to downsize staff who refuse transfer.
He called upon state citizens to take farming seriously to curb hunger and attract investors.
Governor Konga encouraged state and national citizens to be God lovers in order to create unity in the country.
