Yei Animal Resources department to inspect meat

Yei River County Department of Animal Resources and Fisheries announced that a team of inspectors will next week start a routine scrutiny of animals’ meat, fish and eggs sold to the public. 
 
Animals and Fisheries Assistant Commissioner Milton Ismail said the move came after they discovered that businesspersons sell unhealthy and expired products to the public, Easter Radio reported.
 
He said healthy meat would be stamped for buyers to easily identify.
