Bad roads due to heavy rains in the Nuba Mountains region of South Kordofan continue to hinder trade activities.
Transports are inaccessible as the floods washed away many roads, Voice of Peace reported.
Debi Administrative Unit Trade Union Head Musa Abdul-Karim on Thursday said heavy rainfall affected business activities because roads are currently muddy and inpassable.
He added that heavy rains were hindering access to the Subuk market by motor bikes.
Mr Abdul-Karim said the goods stored for the rainy season finished.
He advised fellow traders to sell commodities at reasonable prices.
