Eastern Equatoria State Governor advised the vice president to show an example of nationalism by serving people equally and promoting unity.

Louis Lobong Lojore told CRN on Wednesday that he was in Juba to tell James Wani Igga that he deserves the position because he was a loyal SPLM member.

The Governor urged Wani Igga to promote Equatorians’ image of nationalists not regionalists or tribalists in the new assignment.

Mr Lobong urged all people to join hands with the new cabinet and thank the former ministers especially those who work since 2005.

He advised the new ministers to start where their predecessors stopped.

Governor Lobong revealed that Eastern Equatoria government was trying to change pastoralists to crop growers to realize food security.

He explained that it was not an easy task in converting cattle keepers into a farming community.

Governor Louis was in Juba to congratulate vice-president James Wani Igga.
