A non violence and development charitable organisation on Wednesday trained Rejaf Payam authorities on governance.
The Organisation Executive Director Moses Monday John said the training was to promote democracy and good governance for sustainable development in Rejaf, Juba and Terekeka Payams, Bakhita Radio reported.
He said they will establish centres for governance in each payam for communities to dialogue on issues of concern.
Mr John said the organisation is mobilizing resources for the construction of the dialogue centres.
Rejaf Payam Deputy Director Emmanuel Taban said the training was the first of its kind.
He lamented lack of discipline and respect among communities due to a wide gap between parents and children and coordination at different levels of the government.
Mr Taban stressed the need to bridge the gap between the government and grassroots.
The training brought together 25 participants.
