Yei River County Commissioner blamed SPLM party’s poor coordination on inadequate training of cadres to understand the importance of each structure.
 
Juma David Augustine on Wednesday told the press that if cadres were well trained, they would clearly distinguish that they cannot work separately, Easter Radio reported.
 
He stressed that SPLM cadres need to be taught the true doctrine and philosophy of the party.
