Lakes State government is repairing deteriorating roads with murram due to austerity measures.
Physical infrastructure minister Chol Koknyin told Good News Radio that they are now in Rumbek-Pachong road and are almost reaching Cuei Chok road.
He said they will go to Cueibet road and will move to other deteriorating sides.
Mr Chol said the initiative was from the state Governor Matur Chut.
He said they repaired and use state government machinery.
Mr Chol said Lakes state government planned to connect Counties to Payams to facilitate security agents’ patrols.
