Central Equatoria Animal Resources and Fisheries minister criticized ladies of Ngangala Boma of Lirya Payam of wearing tied trousers.
Gerald Lokom on Thursday said that dressing style was not allowed in the village because it misleads young girls to become indiscipline at home, Bakhita Radio reported.
He said ladies should wear decent dresses to gain respect and avoid abuse by men.
Mr Lokom advised the army not to mess with women and ladies but should come to the parents for the right decision.
He said both the army and civilians should have proper coordination to avoid misunderstandings.
